Dried papaya seed

Papaya seeds are highly prized in Africa. They are used in the treatment of constipation and gallstones and are effective against champions, worms and bacteria. In addition to their use as a dewormer, papaya seeds can be used to promote digestion and regulate blood pressure.

Use: you can take 3 to 4 seeds, chew them well and swallow them or let them infuse in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, filter and enjoy.
